F activities

F1 – Overall project management, audit

Management of this project will be done by internal employees of the project’s partners. The main office is in Vrchlabí.

Status: Completed

► Outputs: All partners participated in quarterly audits. The project’s council was met twice a year to discuss the strategic approach to the project, expert advice or alternative procedures. External audit was held twice a year.

F2 – Observing the indicators of activities realization

Progress of the project activities is to be monitored using a method of observing a system of indicators.

Status: Completed

► Outputs: This activity is done as part of regular meeting of the board. An Inception Report, Progress Report 1, and the Midterm Report were prepared. The Final report is being prepared.

F3 – Preparation of the After-LIFE Conservation Plan

After – LIFE plan of protection will include a plan of activities which will keep going after the project has ended.

Status: After - LIFE care contracts are concluded with farmers. After-LIFE Conservation Plan is part of the Final report.

F4 – Evaluation of the socio-economic impacts of the project’s activities

Evaluation of the impacts of the project activities on local population, local economy and ecosystem services was done as part of this activity. We have a results of socio - conomic study.

Status: The activity was completed. With results from a socio-economic study we are working (and will be).
